Maybelline baby lips review

So for today's blog post, I thought I would do a review on the maybelline baby lips. I only have 2 so far, but I'm hoping I can extend my collection!

So far I have, peach kiss and pink punch, I love them both so much. They are basically a tinted lip balm, they also smell lovely.
Peach kiss is basically a really sheer shimmery peach. It's gorgeous, it's like a lipstick but a lot more sheer. Pink punch is a lovely pink. If you put too much on then it goes neon pink, I learnt the hard way. But it's lovely if you just want a hint of colour, just apply lightly and you have a pink tint to your lips.

The price is pretty reasonable, £2.99 from boots and superdrug. I totally recommend them!

I hope this helped, love Poppy xxxxx

Barry m gelly review

So I am currently I'm the south of France having a lovely time but just realised I haven't blogged in a while. So I'm going to review the Barry m gelly night shine polish.

For starters the polish is amazing such a great polish for the price (£3.99) the colour goes on so thick, it's really long lasting too. It looks like you have a topcoat on, even when its just a couple of coats of just plain polish! So these pictures are the finished result.

The nail looks so glossy when all the coats are finished and 100% dry. Don't put another coat on when one has not already dried, it looks horrid. I bought the blueberry too. I used a voucher I got for my birthday. So I will do a little birthday haul if requested!
I hope you liked today's post and be sure to request future ones in the comments or on my instagram!

Summer polishes

So on my last few posts I have been trying to have a summery colourful theme. I'm, going to continue with it for this post. So I thought I would do a "summer nail polish must haves" post as
I'm always browsing YouTube and various bloggers to see what they recommend. I have come up with my own little collection of colours. You may recognise these pictures from my Instagram.

So I have chosen  4 different colour ranges.
Top left: I find seeing as I'm the most fussy person about my nails. Whenever I'm fed up of painting them With one colour and they are not going right, I will always turn to this nail polish. If Im in a rush, I will grab it and it dries in about 10-15 mins which is so efficient. It's a peachy orange from Barry m and gives such a summery touch.

Top right: this is the typical Instagram colour. Topshop milkshake. I love these polishes, the brush however isn't as good as I wanted it to be. It's quiet hard to know which part of the brush to put on your nail first. I love this to put with Denim or something plain as the colour is very plain pastel pink.

Bottom left: I think every girl needs a lilac or pastel purple in there collection. It's such a gorgeous plain purple. It goes with anything and it's so easy to wear. It's from the superdrug own brand, MUA, I Iove this brand so much, it's so inexpensive and has lovely products.

Bottom right: I love this colour, I only, have 2 coral colours in my collection this is one of them. It's such a pigmented nail polish if you will. It's so bright and perfect for summer! It goes with anything and a great way to jazz up an outfit.

I hope you enjoyed this post and I hope it was helpful or at least gave you some ideas to summer polishes! xxxxxx

Barry M nail polish

Hiya everyone, This is my 3rd post, I really hope your enjoying them! I thought I could do a review today, as I received so many lovely gifts, for my birthday. I thought I would try one out and tell you all what I think.
So I'm going to be reviewing the Barry m confetti nail effect polish.

First of all the consistency is basically a clear nail varnish with added bits of coloured confetti. It first goes on like a clear polish with tiny confetti bits in, and then the more coats you apply the bolder the polish becomes. It's so pretty oh my goodness. Here are some pictures of the end result x

I would totally recommend this nail polish, it's long-lasting, dries quickly and has a great result!
I really hope you enjoyed this post xxxxx
